Dig Haunted Items Guides and Walkthroughs

Every how-to for the haunted forest loop, from first shovel to Completed Index.

Last updated:

Guides Hub

Dig Haunted Items looks simple in the Roblox description: dig, clean, display, upgrade. The pain points show up an hour later. You are drowning in muddy relics, the museum pays nothing, the Haunting Table ate a keeper, and the Index still wants a Common you sold. This hub is the table of contents for those problems.

Start with Getting Started if your plot is empty. Jump to a specific verb if you already know the loop:

The desktop Guides menu shows the first seven pages, then View all in Guides for the rest. Use this hub as the full map.

Codes, tiers, and tools sit beside this hub rather than inside it. Grab codes and the shovel tier list after the first cycle, not before.

The loop in four verbs

  1. Dig in the haunted forest until a relic pops. Luck comes from the shovel and from short code timers.
  2. Clean on your plot. Dirty relics do not display and do not haunt.
  3. Decide — log it, haunt it, stand it, or sell it. Use relic tiers and curse ranking.
  4. Upgrade shovel, sprayer, or plot with the gold. The upgrade planner stops you from buying a fourth coffin skin.

If you skip clean, the other three verbs stall. If you skip decide, auto-habits (and auto-sell scripts) will delete Index progress.

First session vs tenth session

Hour one is tutorial, First Haunted Item, and a ugly museum with three stands. Follow Getting Started and claim daily rewards. Hour ten is curse management and Index gaps. Follow the Haunting Table and Index guides. Do not replay the tutorial advice on hour ten and do not haunt junk on hour one.

Multiplayer in the guides

Servers hold six players. Online co-op is real: you can tour museums and call sparkles. It is not local split-screen and it does not share Index ticks. Each guide notes when a friend helps (spotting) versus when they cannot (your shovel luck).

How we write these pages

Every guide is built from the live client loop, official store copy, and badge list — not from a different digging game. DIG, Dig It, and Dig & Clean have their own shovels and codes. If a tip mentions beaches, metal detectors, or candy cauldrons, it belongs somewhere else.

When JSK Games patches the forest (last bump September 3, 2026), we update the page that broke, not this hub’s table of contents. Bookmark the verb you are failing today.

Suggested reading order

  1. Getting Started
  2. How to dig + How to clean
  3. How to make gold + museum guide
  4. Haunting Table
  5. How to get Forbidden relics + complete the Index

Then keep players open for controls and badges, and tools open for checklists. The haunted forest is not a story campaign. It is a loop you tighten until Forbidden stops feeling like a rumor.
